As Vice President of Analytics & Data Products at Ibotta, Inc., Bijal Shah’s primary responsibilities are driving Ibotta’s analytics innovation and shaping the company’s overall data strategy. She leads a world-class team of researchers who provide valuable metrics to Ibotta’s top CPG and retail clients. Bijal manages the entire portfolio of Ibotta’s data products, also known as Ibottalytics, spanning consumer insights and media intelligence. Ibotta, the leading mobile shopping app, partners with brands and retailers to offer consumers cash back on groceries, electronics, clothing, gifts, home and office supplies, and more. Its unique platform allows Bijal’s team to aggregate a wide variety of shopper data.
Bijal brings 10 years of analytics and strategy experience to Ibotta. Before joining the company in 2014, Bijal was a Global Corporate Strategist at Visa, where she worked on high profile, post-IPO initiatives involving organization restructuring, repricing, and product innovation. Prior to Visa, Bijal was an Operations Research Associate Consultant at ZS Associates, where she built analytical models and advised Fortune 500 executives on game-changing marketing and sales strategies.
